FullForceFitness Boot Camp Launches New Indoor Cedar Park, Texas Location
November 12, 2008 --
November 12th, 2008- Local Cedar Park, Texas fat loss expert Scott York, NASM-CPT, is the founder of FullForceFitness Boot Camp. The program offers rapid fat loss group training workouts claiming twice the results in less than half the time with their 45-minute express workouts that are a third the cost of typical one-on-one personal training. Their first location was launched at Elizabeth Milburn Park in Cedar Park, Texas back in June of 2005. The pilot program has been very successful and has now expanded by moving into its 6,000 sq foot indoor location at 1300 W. Whitestone Blvd, BLDG C in Cedar Park, Texas.
York feels that fitness boot camps are the answer for fitness enthusiasts who are feeling the effects of economic crisis currently facing Americans. He states: “People are really struggling right now. In hard financial times, people simply lack the disposable income to afford services perceived as luxury items. Though we feel fitness is a necessity item, most people still do not, and the bottom line is that it tends to be the first thing that gets cut when people are short on funds.” York’s FullForceFitness Boot Camp is thriving in spite of a struggling economy due to its mission of offering large group workouts lasting only 45 minutes in length for currently only $13 per workout. This offers a significantly more affordable alternative for busy people than traditional one-on-one personal training rates that start at $60 per one-hour session.
FullForceFitness Boot Camp has some ravings fans, such as Tamela Louvier of Cedar Park who claims: “I have really enjoyed taking the boot camp class. I cannot ever remember being excited about working out or looking forward to the next class. Since coming to the class this has all changed. I actually really look forward to the days I am able to make the class!”
FullForceFitness Camp features boot camp group circuit style training along with many different fun fitness games which leave the participants laughing and coming back for more. In January of 2008, York launched a new online fitness product called “Fitness Games” that has become an overnight internet sensation among coaches, fellow boot camp instructors and personal trainers. “Fitness Games” (www.outdoorfitnessgames.com) serve to create a fun fitness atmosphere amongst the participants while burning calories and, as a result, losing weight. York says, "As our boot camp grew in numbers this system has allowed us to train more people in a fun atmosphere while getting the results that the participants were after. The results speak for themselves!”
York’s local Cedar Park, Texas FullForceFitness Indoor Boot Camp kicks off a free Saturday morning workout for all beginning in January 2009 and currently offers a free 1-week trial to all newcomers. For more information visit www.fullforcefitness.net or email Scott at scott@fullforcefitness.net
