Book "33 - A Collection of 33 Poems" now available

October 17, 2008 -- Katrin Atienza releases “33 – A Collection of 33 Poems” through Lulu Press.

This debut poetry collection by German expat Katrin Atienza features 33 hand-selected poems she composed between 1995 and 2008. Though raised and educated in Germany, Katrin resides in New York and writes most poems in English.

Composed in her own distinctly unique style, Katrin’s works reflect the things that move us and make us or break us in our everyday lives. They are as torn and multifaceted as our lives and this world: nothing is just black and white.

This collection will take you on a journey from the contemplative/meditative/reflective to the seizing/gripping/stirring, from the somber/doleful/critical to the life-embracing/life-affirming, from the observing/down-to-earth to the spiritual, and from love to heartache.

The artistically designed layout and typesetting are a visual amplifier of the words they embody.
